Yr 12 into Yr 13 Transition 2024

The transition from Year 12 into Year 13 can sometimes feel like a ‘jump’ – especially with how quick paced the year will go.  Remember you will not even complete one full academic year when you return to us in September as examinations usually end in June.

Over the summer we would like to support you in ensuring you feel ready and prepared when you return. With this in mind, we have created a Transition Booklet which will not only provide you with information and advice to feel more ‘career ready’ over the summer but will also give you the opportunity to explore the world around you.

Please remember that when you sit your examinations next year it will be based on your Year 12 and Year 13 content.  It is important to manage your time and revision effectively over the summer, and complete all homework set by your teachers, to ensure all the hard work you have put in during Year 12 does not get forgotten.
