Uniform

Khalsa School Wear

Our uniform provider is Khalsa School Wear, a market leader in their field.  Established in 1986, they are an independent family-owned business specialising in school wear and sportswear, supplying schools across the UK.

They bring together a wealth of experience and specialist product and industry knowledge and supply a range of quality products that offer excellent value for money, whilst also ensuring the strictest ethical and environmental regulations are maintained.

Placing your order online

Khalsa have an easy-to-use website where you can browse and place orders, by using the following link: https://khalsaschoolwear.co.uk/school/harris-academy-ockendon/. Orders will then be delivered directly to your home address.

Self-measuring

Each item of clothing you view has its own bespoke measuring guide which shows you how to measure your child for that particular item.  They have also produced a more general guide based on average sizes, please click HERE to view.

Shopping in store

Khalsa have a shop based in Unit 1, Cromwell Centre, Selinas Lane, Dagenham, RM8 1QH where you will be able to view, try on and purchase items.

Second Hand Uniform Provision.

Students who leave the academy are encouraged to donate unwanted branded blazers, jumpers, and kilts in good condition to the school to be re-purposed for younger year groups.

Thanks to these kind donations from families, stock levels are dependant on availability, and therefore not all types of garment, or sizes, will be available.

We ask for a voluntary donation of £5 to cover the costs of running the provision.  Please ensure you know the type and size of garment you require before you arrive at the school, as we are unable to accommodate any trying on of items.

Returns are only acceptable on the day of collection.

Should you wish to take advantage of this provision, please contact the academy for further details and to arrange an appointment.

Please visit our main UNIFORM page to read all about our expectations for our students.
